Device Overview

The ENR-WXZ196 series intelligent harmonic elimination device is a newly developed product by our company designed to address the severe accidents of voltage transformer(PT)burnout or even explosion frequently caused by ferromagnetic resonance in neutral ungrounded or resistance/arc suppression coil grounded systems with voltage levels of 66kV,35kV,10kV,6kV,3kV,and below.This device utilizes the 80C196 microcontroller as the core component for detection and control,employs high-power,non-contact components for harmonic elimination,and features an LCD display,signal indicator lights,and a mini printer as the human-machine interface,combined with advanced intelligent software for simpler,more intuitive,and accurate operation.

II.Working Principle

The device uses the 80C196 microcontroller as its core to continuously monitor the PT open-delta voltage(i.e.,zero-sequence voltage).Under normal operating conditions,this voltage remains below 30V,and the high-power harmonic elimination components within the device remain in a blocking state,having no impact on the system.When the PT open-delta voltage exceeds 30V,it indicates a system fault.The device then collects data from the voltage transformer's open-delta voltage,analyzes the data,and determines the current fault condition.If it detects ferromagnetic resonance at a certain frequency,the device rapidly activates the harmonic elimination circuit to suppress it.For overvoltage or grounding faults,the device provides corresponding alarm signals.

For various faults,the device can issue separate alarm signals,display and print the faults,automatically record and store relevant fault information,and report it to the host computer.
